Refund Policy

Due to the nature of bulk industrial products, our refund policy is as follows:

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Damaged Goods

If goods are damaged during transit, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and supporting documents.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind

Improper storage after delivery

Misuse of the product

Orders placed as per customer-specific requirements
